For more than 25 years, the Academia Andaluza in Conil, Andalusia teaches Spanish, English and German as foreign languages. Along with individual care and informal atmosphere, the school is distinguished by its didactic concept. The classes are held in small groups in which the students of a level learn together. Placement tests, which determine the level of proficiency of each student are prerequisites for this. Up to now, these tests were done in writing on paper.

In an agile project run by Y Punto, an e-learning platform was used to help the academia Andaluza simplify this process. 
An international team of teachers, technicians and strategists developed within a few weeks a system in which the students of the school could complete the level classification and additional testing online. Also homework which previously had to be handed on paper and corrected, can be carried out now on a PC, tablet or a smartphone.Responsive Design makes this possible.

eLearning is implemented not as a replacement, but as a supplement to regular classes. It simplifies the existing processes and offers more comfort for both students and Academia. On the whole an all round successful project, upon which further development stages will follow.
